Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) professional with extensive experience in design, configuration, and integration with FI, SD, and/or BRIM. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, revenue recognition, and accounting concepts, along with demonstrated project leadership skills. This role requires excellent communication abilities and a focus on delivering solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design and configure SAP RAR solutions, ensuring seamless integration with FI, SD, and/or BRIM modules.
• Lead and participate in two full life cycle implementations of the SAP RAR module, including RAR migration projects.
• Develop and implement solutions for order-to-cash processes, SD/FICO module integration, BRIM processes, IFRS 16, COPA, and revenue recognition.
• Utilize knowledge of BRF+ to enhance solution design and configuration.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver detailed designs aligned with industry best practices.
• Prepare and present business and functional requirements, management-level presentations, and proposals.
• Provide expertise in S/4 HANA and its application to SAP RAR processes.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of SAP RAR experience specializing in design, configuration, and integration with FI, SD, and/or BRIM.
• Two full life cycle implementation experiences with the SAP RAR module, including RAR migration.
• In-depth understanding of order-to-cash processes, SD/FICO module integration, BRIM processes, IFRS 16, COPA, and revenue recognition.
• Knowledge of BRF+ is highly desired.
• Proven project leadership skills with a focus on delivering detailed designs aligned with industry best practices.
• Prior experience in high-tech or software industries with a solid understanding of accounting concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare business and functional requirements, management-level presentations, and proposals.
• Experience in S/4 HANA is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, CPA, or CPA equivalent is preferred.

Pay Range: $80/hr - 85/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
