About the Job
We are looking for a highly skilled GNC Engineer with expertise in Modeling and Simulation (M&S) to join our advanced systems team. In this role, you will design, develop, and validate high-fidelity simulations for complex aerospace systems, including missile 6-degree-of-freedom (6-DOF) models and effects-based simulations. You will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure system performance meets mission-critical requirements.

Job Title: Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) Engineer

About the Job
We are looking for a highly skilled GNC Engineer with expertise in Modeling and Simulation (M&S) to join our advanced systems team. In this role, you will design, develop, and validate high-fidelity simulations for complex aerospace systems, including missile 6-degree-of-freedom (6-DOF) models and effects-based simulations. You will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure system performance meets mission-critical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and document simulation architecture and modeling requirements.
- Develop, verify, and validate complex simulations for weapon systems and sensors.
- Conduct performance evaluations in dynamic and challenging environments.
- Perform critical technical analyses and support ground/flight test activities.
- Integrate MATLAB and C++ models with tactical software and subsystems.
- Support Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL) testing and simulation efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience modeling weapon and sensor systems.
- 5+ years of experience integrating MATLAB and C++ models with tactical software.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in C++ and MATLAB development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with simulation frameworks and real-time systems.
- Strong understanding of math models, equations, and control theory.
- Familiarity with HWIL environments and test protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
