Role: .Net Developer

Location: West Des Moines, IA- Onsite

Requirements:

College degree or equivalent plus three years relevant experience required.
Knowledge of .Net/C# required. Azure, XML, SQL, Java skills are a plus.
Prior experience in insurance or finance data processing preferred.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be results oriented, and adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
Be analytical, and demonstrate your skills to communicate, connect, and collaborate.
Be excited about learning new programming languages and open to helping us move forward.

Responsibilities:

Support the software development life cycle, including analysis, technical requirements, design, coding, unit testing, implementation, and maintenance of application software.
Conduct research and maintain high level of knowledge in systems software/hardware to ensure operations and implementations are of the highest quality.
Maintain adequate documentation to support team processes and ensure we can easily transfer knowledge to other resources in the area for ongoing support of system changes.
Manage day to day operations and administration of applicable production applications.
Participate in regular meetings to keep both the business and IT staff informed of productivity objectives, goals and concerns.
