* A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing information technology projects.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing detailed project documentation for Executive Management.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience with change management procedures.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience with managing a mix of local/virtual teams.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience with management and facilitation of external stakeholder groups.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* A minimum of 9 years of experience developing applications in .Net Core Framework and Angular.
* A minimum of 8 years of experience with MVC.
* A minimum of 6 years of experience with AngularJS, Javascript/JQuery.
* A minimum of 9 years of experience with Visual Studio.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps.
* A minimum of 9 years of experience with SQL Server 2019 development, including tables, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
* A minimum of 8 years of experience writing, reading, and interpreting technical specifications, test cases, and application requirements.
* A minimum of 9 years of experience with IT security standards regarding application hardening and data encryption.
* A minimum of 9 years of experience with web accessibility standards.
* A minimum of 7 years of experience with Integrations using REST web services, including JSON and XML data transport.
* A minimum of 9 years of experience with IIS environment for clients and servers.
* A minimum of 6 years of experience with SSRS.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience with SSIS packages.
* A minimum of 9 years of experience with Object Oriented analysis, design, and best practices.
* A minimum of 4 years of experience Azure cloud services, including build and release, Azure SQL, triggers, pipelines, and configuration.
* Experience with Data Definition Language (DDL) and Data Manipulation language (DML)
* A minimum of 9 years of experience developing web-based applications.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience with SQL managed instance and ASE Azure environment deployment.
* Working knowledge of Access, Visio, and Excel.

Education

* Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field; or equivalent work experience.
