How many years working with: Project ManagementWe are seeking a Salesforce Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions focusing on core objects like Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, Leads, and related fields. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning and a deep understanding of enabling and optimizing the Sales organization. This role will involve managing a complex Salesforce environment with multiple add-ins, ensuring scalability, best practices, and seamless integration with existing systems.Key Responsibilities:Architect and Design: Develop and implement scalable Salesforce architecture focusing on core objects and fields to support the Sales team's needs.Salesforce Lightning Expertise: Leverage Salesforce Lightning capabilities to enhance user experience and efficiency for the Sales team.Custom Solutions: Build and optimize custom fields, record types, page layouts, and workflows to streamline business processes.Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of various add-ins and third-party applications with Salesforce core functionalities.Best Practices: Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices regarding system configuration, data hygiene, and security.Data Management: Define data models, validation rules, and security models for core objects and ensure data accuracy and consistency.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integrations.Training and Enablement: Develop and deliver training to Sales users on Salesforce best practices and new functionalities.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce releases and proactively identify opportunities for system improvements.Required Skills and Experience:Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect (both preferred).Experience: 7+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years in an architect role.Lightning Expertise: Proven experience designing and implementing solutions in Salesforce Lightning.Core Object Focus: Strong knowledge of core Salesforce objects (Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, Leads) and their relationships.Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.Integration Skills: Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex Salesforce issues.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
