Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring high-quality development and adherence to best practices
- Architecture & Design: Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and system architecture
- Development & Implementation: Oversee the development, customization, and deployment of Salesforce components, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and integrations
- Integration & Data Management: Design and manage integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize Salesforce platform performance, ensuring high availability and reliability
- Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security best practices, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, product managers, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Code Reviews & Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Training & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to the Salesforce development tea
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST, SOAP, and integration patterns
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Governor Limits
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and version control tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Events
