High level what I am looking for in the candidate with (2-4) years of PeopleSoft experience. (PeopleSoft Technical Developer/PeopleSoft techno-functional Analyst)

  1. PeopleSoft Financials and Supply chain modules experience. (Experience in development with GL, AP, PO, ePro, AR/BI)
  2. Software Development experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, strong SQL skills.
  3. PeopleSoft security experience ( nice to have).
  4. (at least 2 years) BI Publisher Reports and PS Queries.
  5. Integration broker and web services.
  6. AWE (approval workflow engine used for workflows).
  7. Analyzing functional design requirements and creating technical design documents.
  8. Willing to work in a hybrid model ( 2days WFH and 3days onsite).
