UPDATE - Please share CVs for candidates with experience of large-scale organisational change management with demonstratable experience of managing cross-functional working groups including SMEs outside of Tech.
The Delivery Lead will be responsible for:
Managing cross-functional working groups with SMEs
Assessment of legal obligations relating to the development, testing, deployment, and ongoing monitoring of AI systems
Identification of policy, standard and control gaps and design and implementation of enhancements required across CIOs and relevant ERMF risk categories
Supporting the Programme Manager with governance as required
The expectations for the Delivery Lead role include:
i. Effectively managing engagement with key stakeholder across multiple teams on progress with review and assessment of legal obligations under the EU AI Act
ii. Leading working group discussions to enable collaboration across teams and following up on working group actions with bilateral discussions where necessary
iii. Reporting accurate and timely agreed KPIs to facilitate working group discussions and reporting to senior management
To be successful in this role, you should:
Large scale program management and governance experience
Ability to master and navigate new subject domains quickly
Exceptional analytical and presentation skills
Experience of working with multiple senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Operations and Group Functions i.e. Risk and Compliance
Other highly valued skills include:
Experience/ knowledge in one or more of the following domains: Sustainable Finance, Financial Regulation, Risk and Control
