CLM (Agiloft) Certified Professional having experience in configurations, implementation and support of Contracting, Risk Management, Obligations and Sourcing modules.
Sound business knowledge in the CLM business & have provided standard or customized solutions to business requirements.
Experience in solution architecting and designing of Agiloft product and integration with ERP / middleware / 3rd Party applications.
Hands on experience in configurating different CLM modules
Designed and configured Agiloft implementations for Enterprise clients, Business Mapping, security, and User groups / permissions
Configuring Integrations thru Workato or Direct Integration Hub in Agiloft
Minimum four implementations in Agiloft CLM Product
Drive requirements and use case Agiloft CLM sessions with the business stakeholders.
Translate and document user requirements into functional specifications and present them in easy-to-read process/data flows.
Analyze Agiloft CLM issues as a systems Admin, troubleshoot complex contract workflows and issues, document recommended fixes, and address the issues proactively.
Lead, manage, and drive tickets to a resolution out of ServiceNow, Salesforce and JIRA
Communicate to stakeholders with clarity and transparency.
Perform training sessions for stakeholders, users, and technical teams as needed.
Lead multiple, concurrent projects to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
