Location: Plano, TX (Local Preferred)

TOP REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements Elicitation & Analysis - Ability to gather, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements effectively from stakeholders.
Business Process Design - Experience mapping and improving business processes and understanding how they relate to application and system changes.
Requirements Management Tools Proficiency - Familiarity with tools used for managing requirements, traceability, and documentation (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, IBM DOORS).
Agile & Waterfall Methodologies - Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management and requirements techniques.
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Knowledge - Deep understanding of SDLC phases, deliverables, and best practices.
Technical Writing & Documentation - Ability to prepare clear requirements packages, user stories, reference materials, and technical documentation.
Stakeholder Management & Negotiation - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to align business and technical teams.
Technical Evaluation & RFP Development - Experience developing Requests for Proposal (RFPs), conducting technical evaluations, and supporting vendor selection.
Peer Reviews & Quality Assurance - Conducting peer reviews, participating in grooming sessions, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Subject Matter Expertise in Client Technologies - Deep technical knowledge of relevant Client technologies, systems, and business domain.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Elicits, analyzes and validates project requirements that result in new applications or enhancements to existing applications, systems and/or business process design.
Understands business issues and needs that translate into requirements to create the overall solution.
Manage the end-to-end requirements process using tools to define the set of processes and approach for each project, as well as issue resolution.
Conduct peer reviews and assist clients in assessing the impact and opportunity of new technologies to enable new capabilities.
Support cost/benefit estimates and create VPMO requests when additional capacity or hardware is needed.
Prepare requirements packages, prepare user stories, participate in grooming sessions, manage requirements traceability changes, artifacts, as well as develop reference and resource materials.
Review final technical design/solutions and may coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
Participate across the project lifecycle team to ensure requirements have been met to stakeholder specifications.
Must have expertise in requirements management (Agile and Waterfall), SDLC, business process, applications and systems, negotiation skills, and RFP development and technical evaluation.
Job Contribution:
Senior level technical expertise.
Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on Client technologies.
