Job Overview

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Systems Engineer / Administrator (Infrastructure Technical Specialist ITS3) with deep expertise in enterprise-level systems administration and management. This role focuses heavily on Print Administration, Active Directory, Adobe Sign, Windows Administration, and enterprise security leveraging Okta.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for enterprise-wide installations, updates, upgrades, and ongoing support while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage enterprise print systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability across the organization.

Administer and maintain Active Directory, including the creation, implementation, and management of Group Policies.

Provide expert-level administration of Microsoft 365 tools and services to support collaboration and productivity.

Apply advanced system management processes to ensure efficient operations and alignment with organizational objectives.

Implement and maintain robust system security protocols, utilizing advanced security techniques and tools (including Okta).

Coordinate and execute nightly and weekend patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting to maintain system integrity and availability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain accurate documentation supporting system rewrites, upgrades, and knowledge transfer.

Work independently and proactively to learn new systems, processes, and business functions.

Communicate clearly and effectively with technical teams and stakeholders, providing timely verbal and written updates on progress, risks, and solutions.

Required Qualifications

Printer Administration & Management: 8+ years of hands-on experience

Active Directory & Group Policy Management: 8+ years of demonstrated expertise

Microsoft 365 Administration: 8+ years of professional experience

System Management Processes: 8+ years of proven experience

Information Management & File Structures: 8+ years of experience with enterprise file systems and data organization

Advanced System Security: 8+ years of experience implementing and managing advanced security techniques

Collaboration & Teamwork: 8+ years of experience working effectively in team-based environments

Communication Skills: 8+ years of experience explaining complex technical concepts clearly and concisely

On-Call / After-Hours Support: 8+ years of experience providing weekend and after-hours support

Attention to Detail: 8+ years of experience ensuring documentation accuracy and completeness

Autonomy & Initiative: 8+ years of experience working independently with minimal supervision

Adaptability & Continuous Learning: 8+ years of experience learning and adapting to new systems, tools, and processes
