Are you ready to bring your technical prowess to the forefront of live studio productions? We are on the hunt for a seasoned professional to provide essential technical support for our client's cutting-edge studio operations in Stamford, CT. This is your chance to shine in a role that combines flexibility with the excitement of live broadcasts.
Working Hours:
Select from two exciting schedules:
- Friday 4 PM to Midnight and Saturday Noon to 1 AM
- Sunday Noon to 1 AM and Monday 4 PM to Midnight
Contract Duration:
Initial 1-year contract with the possibility of extending up to 3 years.

One face-to-face interview at our Stamford location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead studio productions by conducting thorough system checks and ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and maintenance for equipment such as Sony cameras, routing systems, and switchers.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize engineering processes and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain detailed production reports and standard operating procedures for all workflows.
- Implement robust security measures to safeguard sensitive production data.
Essential Qualifications:
- A decade of experience in engineering support roles.
- In-depth knowledge of HD studio productions and flexible availability for weekend and night shifts.
- Proficient in communicating complex technical issues to diverse audiences and developing innovative solutions.
- Experience with Evertz Vista Link, Ross Dashboard, and a range of broadcast equipment.
- Strong technical acumen, with a proactive approach to skill enhancement.
- Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in creating AutoCAD system drawings.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with 2110 routing systems and IP KVM systems.
- Expertise in EVS XT-VIA systems and RTS/Riedel intercom configurations.
