Title: Sr Automation Tester (Retail)

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite from Day One)

We are looking for someone with Website testing experience especially on Salesforce commerce cloud platform.

• Testing the inventory in Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager is in sync with JDA and Order Management System (Manhattan Omni)
• Testing multiple Realms with the newly integrated Order Management Systems and existing OMS with the Storefront

Looking for candidates with Website testing experience., Salesforce and Order Management testing experience

Qualifications & Competencies:

• QA experience designing and executing test cases, testing software and validating data for eCommerce websites and backend applications, including order management systems.
• Experience creating and executing automation test scripts using industry standard automation and testing tools such as Selenium, Soap UI, Postman, JMeter, Appium, Cucumber etc.
• Solid understanding of the Test Pyramid and ability to implement automated tests across all levels (Unit, Functional, Integration, and User Acceptance / end-to-end).
• Proficient understanding of both REST and SOAP web services and ability to develop automated testing for web services / interfaces.
• Experience navigating GIT-based source repositories such as Bitbucket or Github with a solid understanding of branching strategies in GIT.
• Demonstrated experience in writing, maintaining and executing Automated testing scripts.
• Retail industry experience preferred, especially related to any of the following areas: store operations, warehouse distribution, store allocation, merchandising, marketing, accounting, and finance.
• Expert understanding of the effects of enhancements test on downstream processes.
• Proficient, end-to-end understanding and experience with knowledge of system development life cycles.
• Strong understanding and hands on experience with Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile/SCRUM Methodology
• Working ability to remain effective under stress and respond to pressure in a manner acceptable to others and the organization.
• Ability to build and configure CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Bitbucket or Jenkins.
• Proficient ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities with promptness, efficiency and ease while maintaining a strong customer service focus.
• Ability to take little direction and achieve quality results independently
• Proficient ability to communicate effectively with others using written and spoken English, including the ability to provide clear, constructive direction and feedback to team members.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited program in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or equivalent year-for-year experience preferred.
