Position Summary

Deploy networks systems based on project plans and targets.

Role and Responsibilities

Deploy networks systems based on project plans and targets. Build and create robust electronics network as per set stakeholder requirements. Participate in maintaining inventory of spares so that system outages could be avoided with proper placing. Participate in managing stakeholders (internal management and customers) by anticipating and identifying systems deviations. Participate in maintaining network capacity augmentation and optimization to meet quality requirements for electronics systems. Perform circle operations which includes setting deadlines, Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Index (KPI) assurance for systems performance. Design disaster recovery plans and timely execute preventive and corrective maintenance routines. Participate in ensuring timely delivery of project as per set scope and timelines. Participate in ensuring all expenditures as per cost center direction.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Information Technology, or related engineering field, or a foreign equivalent plus 1 years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or related networks/engineer role. Applicants must have 1 year of experience in the following: (1) RF Design and Coverage optimization; (2) Deployment and Integration support through generating and creating RF Configuration files and scripts; (3) LTE Air Interface, PHY, MAC, RLC, RRC and PDCP layers; (4) Data Analysis of LTE and 5G sites KPI; (5) CDMA/EVDO, 5G and LTE/Volte technologies; (6) parameter optimization, testing, drive-data and peg count analysis; (7) Mapping Software, including MapInfo and RF propagation planning tools; and (8) evaluating coverage problems and requirements for coverage cells. 10% domestic travel required.
