Senior Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong Healthcare / Medicaid (MMIS) experience to support Provider Payments and complex information systems.

Job Summary:
The Senior Business Analyst will analyze complex business problems, identify gaps, and design technical solutions for Provider Payments systems. The role involves leading requirements activities, managing scope, and acting as a liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document complex business and system requirements
Lead customer demos, presentations, and design sessions
Create business process models, workflows, use cases, and gap analyses
Serve as SME for Provider Enrollment, Maintenance, and Screening
Support requirements change management
Ensure compliance with HIPAA privacy and security policies

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree with 7+ years of Business Analysis experience (or Master s with 5+ years)
5+ years on large, complex healthcare projects (Medicare/Medicaid domain)
3+ years as a Lead Business Analyst
Strong MMIS knowledge Claims, Payments, Remittance Advice
Experience with Oracle Financials (OFIN) receivables & payables
Hands-on experience generating 835 X12 Remittance Advice
Strong SDLC, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation skills

Preferred:
SQL proficiency and strong database/technical knowledge
