Job Details

We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Analyst to support and enhance our ERP platform mainly across Supply Chain Management (SCM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules. This role involves working with business users to gather requirements, configure SAP solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support day-to-day operations. To support and enhance our SAP systems across Supply Chain Management (SCM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Finance (FI) modules.

  • Understand business needs and translate them into SAP functional requirements.
  • Configure and support SAP modules: SCM (MM/WM), SD, and FI.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, integrations, and data migrations.
  • Test new configurations, support system refresh and upgrades, and support UAT.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues efficiently.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing SAP projects.
  • Providing new and existing customers with the best possible service regarding billing inquiries, suggestions, and complaints.

Ideal profile

An associate degree or equivalent experience of at least ten years in SAP functional/techno Analyst roles related to SCM, SD, and FICO with strong communication skills, working in a structured manner, and the ability to multitask. Experience working on the SAP platform will be an added plus.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP SCM, SD, and FI modules.
  • Hands-on experience in configuration and support.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end business processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
