Description
Our customer is seeking a Tier 2 Desktop Support Analyst to assist with the NOC and Service Desk. This candidate will be responsible for monitoring ticket cue, taking service desk calls and handling \"smart hands\" activities including hardware swaps, UPS troubleshooting and general network support. Service support calls from internal IT departments as well as field business locations.
The primary support will include network and server troubleshooting for field offices. Must have good communication skills, basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly grasp new technologies. There will be a large network printer project they will be supporting as well.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
