Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Benefits Lead to oversee the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits module. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in benefits administration processes, strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits implementation, upgrade, or optimization projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define processes, and recommend best practices for benefits administration.
Configure, test, and validate Oracle HCM Benefits module functionalities, including eligibility rules, plan design, rates, enrollment windows, and life event processing.
Manage integrations between Benefits module and third-party providers (e.g., payroll, carriers, HRIS tools).
Lead functional design workshops and create documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and configuration guides.
Oversee testing activities develop test scripts, conduct UAT, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
Provide post-go-live support and ensure smooth benefits operations during annual enrollments.
Train HR and Benefits teams on system usage, new features, and updates.
Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM Cloud release updates and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in HR technology, with at least 3+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.
Strong knowledge of benefits administration processes, compliance regulations, and reporting requirements.
Hands-on experience with configuration of plans, programs, eligibility profiles, enrollment rules, and rates.
Proven experience in leading Oracle HCM implementations or major enhancements in a functional lead capacity.
Familiarity with Oracle HCM modules that integrate with Benefits (Payroll, Core HR, Compensation).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle HCM Cloud Certification in Benefits.
Experience with multiple full-cycle HCM implementations.
Knowledge of US Benefits compliance requirements (ACA, COBRA, HIPAA).
Background in integration with benefits carriers and payroll vendors.
