Mandatory Qualifications (All 7 Are Required)
Each candidate must meet all seven mandatory qualifications. These include:
- Specific ServiceNow project experience (especially ITAM, ITSM, ITOM)
- Hands-on experience in dynamic UI portals, scripting languages, and ServiceNow mobile
- Valid certifications:
- ITIL 4.0
- CIS-SAM (Software Asset Management)
- CIS-HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
- A minimum of 7 years in IT and 4 years as a ServiceNow Architect
