Location: Cincinnati, OH | Hybrid Schedule
Salary: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 + 17% bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT strategy, infrastructure, and continuous improvements.
- Manage IT staff, service providers, and vendors.
- Provide technical solutions and 2nd-level support for desktop, network, and SAP/ERP systems.
- Oversee IT budgeting and procurement processes.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of IT management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft networks & SAP ERP (preferably SAP S4/HANA).
- Experience with system implementation and migrations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
