Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with deep expertise in Finance operations and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to lead the successful delivery of complex finance technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), project governance, and team management, particularly in fast-paced environments with global finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of finance and O2C technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Manage project scope, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, finance stakeholders, and 3rd party vendors.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation within O2C functions (Billing, AR, Collections, Credit Management).
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (functional analysts, developers, testers).
- Provide strategic input into finance system architecture and integration planning.
- Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure adherence to Agile or hybrid SDLC methodologies.
- Report on project health, KPIs, and escalate risks to executive stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and data governance policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in IT Project/Delivery Management.
- Strong domain knowledge in Finance and O2C processes.
- Hands-on experience delivering ERP implementations or upgrades (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite).
- Proven track record of delivering technical projects on time and within budget.
- Understanding of finance modules: Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, Credit Management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing onshore/offshore teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and ServiceNow.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare finance domain is a plus.
- Familiarity with EDI, RPA, and middleware technologies (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft) is desirable.
