Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst / Scrum Master who can bridge business needs and technical solutions while facilitating Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, perform analysis, and serve as a Scrum Master guiding teams toward successful sprint execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and gap analysis.
Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements.
Support product owners in creating and prioritizing the product backlog.
Participate in solution design discussions with technical teams.
Validate deliverables to ensure they meet business needs and acceptance criteria.
- Scrum Master Duties
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Protect the team from scope creep and external interruptions.
Ensure smooth coordination between cross functional teams.
Track sprint progress using Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.).
Remove impediments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Promote Agile values and coach the team on Agile best practices. - Documentation & Communication
Maintain well organized project documentation.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders, management, and development teams.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership.
Conduct UAT planning and support end user testing. - Project Coordination
Assist in project planning, risk management, and dependency tracking.
Support release planning and readiness activities.
Ensure alignment between business priorities and sprint commitments.
Required Skills
3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or hybrid role.
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to write clear user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Rally.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
Ability to work in cross functional and distributed teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience with process mapping using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Miro.
Knowledge of API level integrations, data flows, or SDLC basics.
Experience in domains such as Salesforce, ERP, Banking, Healthcare, or E `commerce.
Understanding of backlog prioritization techniques (MoSCoW, WSJF, etc.).
Exposure to Scrum of Scrums or scaled Agile environments (SAFe).
