Title: Application System Analyst (SailPoint IIQ / IGA)
Location: Hybrid in Baltimore, MD (Remote on Mondays and Fridays and onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)
Terms of Employment:
W2 Contract, 6 Months (Likely Extension / Permanent Conversion)

Overview & Responsibilities:
Join a leading utilities company as an Application System Analyst supporting their enterprise-wide Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) system, SailPoint IIQ. In this high-visibility role, you'll be crucial in managing the daily operations, supporting diverse business partners, and ensuring strict adherence to SOX compliance. Manage incidents, changes, and releases for the SailPoint IIQ system.
Provide daily operational support and maintenance, ensuring system stability and adherence to standards.
Collaborate directly with business partners to understand requirements, answer questions, and assist with application onboarding.
Work with the managed service provider (MSP) and internal support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Manage and route support tickets using ServiceNow.
Implement access provisioning, including through flat file processes for disconnected systems.
Support SOX compliance activities, including documentation, controls enhancement, and audit support.
Develop small SQL or JavaScript scripts as needed to support operations.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency support.
Required Qualifications:
Proven, hands-on experience managing and supporting SailPoint IIQ.
Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts.
Demonstrable experience working within or supporting SOX compliance environments.
Experience working directly with business users to gather requirements and provide support.
Strong problem-solving, analysis, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree with 4-7 years of IT experience, or 6-9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
