Job Title: Technical project manager (Adobe Martech)

Job Description:
We're seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead initiatives across Adobe Martech, Personalization and Adtech platforms, specifically Adobe Target, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adtech integrations (e.g. SA360, media platforms). This role is critical in ensuring structured project execution, cross-functional coordination, and clear stakeholder communication to support personalization and media onboarding initiatives at scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Documentation & Reporting
- Own end-to-end project status tracking using tools like Monday.com, Jira, or Asana.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation at high/mid/low levels of abstraction.
- Lead weekly status updates, proactively flagging risks or delays-regardless of project health.
2. Stakeholder Communication & Alignment
- Serve as the central point of contact across internal teams and vendor partners (Adobe, media teams, Martech vendors).
- Ensure Experience Targeting and Personalization workstreams (e.g. PzO efforts) are represented accurately and effectively to leadership.
- Celebrate and elevate team efforts by making outcomes visible and aligned with business impact.
- Establish any project management processes around P0/P1 quarterly initiative (committed to leadership).
3. Cross-Functional Integration
- Connect siloed efforts across Martech (Adobe stack), Adtech (SA360, media), and Finance.
- Bridge communication gaps between technical, marketing, product, and strategy teams.
- Align workstreams to deliver integrated, cohesive project outcomes.
4. Infrastructure & Tools Setup
- Implement fit-for-purpose project management tools and workflows (e.g., Monday.com).
- Standardize processes for tracking major initiatives (e.g., ad platform onboarding, personalization tech scaling).
- Lead adoption of best practices and drive continuous improvement in execution rigor.
5. Time Management & Accountability
- Manage your time to meet key deliverables and respect budget constraints.
- Communicate transparently about any availability changes; a full-time commitment is expected.
- Model reliability and consistency to ensure confidence across teams.
