Primary Location Pay Range: $74,339.76 - $111,509.64
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Key Responsibilities:
- System Expertise: Possess a strong working knowledge of critical infrastructure systems, including:
- UPS: Uninterruptible Power Supplies
- Generators: Backup power generation systems
- Chillers: Refrigeration systems for cooling equipment
- Switchgear: Electrical distribution and control equipment
- Commercial HVAC: Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems
- Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical infrastructure systems.
- Manage vendor relationships, including performance monitoring.
- Maintain accurate asset tracking records for all critical infrastructure equipment.
- Track and analyze maintenance records to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
- 24/7 Support: Respond to all critical alarms during after-hours periods as required.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in critical infrastructure engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of facility operations and best practices.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CMMS software and other relevant tools.
