Job Details

Title: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Southeastern U.S. Region (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm

Description:
* The Senior Software Engineer will be a key contributor in advancing core platform applications.
* This individual will take the lead in designing, building, and improving critical features, ensuring high standards for reliability, performance, and security.
* The role involves close collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams such as product, design, and quality assurance to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Required Skills:
* Demonstrated experience in a software engineering or development role.
* Familiarity with iterative and team-based software development methodologies.
* Experience developing software in environments emphasizing automated testing and quality assurance.
* Proficiency in general-purpose programming languages and frameworks.
* Experience with database technologies and frameworks that facilitate data access and mapping.
* Ability to quickly adopt and work with new tools and technologies.
* Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
* Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
* Willingness to travel within the Southeastern U.S. region for stakeholder engagement or coordination.

Desired Skills:
* Previous experience mentoring less experienced developers.
* Involvement in implementing best practices and encouraging technology innovation.
* History of successful collaboration with product stakeholders and QA teams.
* Understanding of secure development principles and industry compliance standards.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $105000K-$150000K
