Job Description/ Responsibilities
Identity Management Design:
Develop and maintain the architecture for identity management solutions that align with organizational strategies.
Design and implement identity governance and administration frameworks.
Business Identity Solutions:
Oversee and enhance business identity solutions to ensure secure and efficient identity lifecycle management.
Collaborate with business units to understand their identity needs and integrate solutions accordingly.
Privileged Identity Management:
Implement and manage privileged identity systems to protect critical assets.
Ensure the secure handling of privileged credentials and manage access controls.
Customer Identity Management:
Configure and administer Customer Identity solutions to support authentication and single sign-on processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to customer Identity products to ensure seamless operations.
Security and Compliance:
Ensure identity management solutions comply with relevant security standards and regulations.
Participate in security incidents that involve identity data when required.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to ensure alignment of identity solutions with organizational goals.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Innovation and Improvement:
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in identity management technologies.
Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance identity management practices.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor s degree
3+ years of experience as a Security Architect
Possess at least one security related certification (such as: Security+, GCIA, GCIH, GCFA, CCSP, CISSP, etc.)
Extensive experience with identity management systems, particularly Sailpoint IdentityNOW.
Years of Experience: 15.00 Years of Experience
