Description
- Define and own the solution architecture including model selection, fine-tuning strategy, and prompt engineering pipelines.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable software applications supporting AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with various teams for safe, ethical, and compliant AI development.
- Develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) based on evolving requirements, iterating quickly to meet changing needs.
- Mentor and guide engineers of all levels, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to engineers, leaders, and executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the solution architecture for AI initiatives.
- Develop scalable software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for compliant AI solutions.
- Deploy models from development to production and troubleshoot issues.
