Your primary objective will be to operationalize the tools and generate the necessary data for a thorough evaluation, ensuring we select the best solution to safeguard our enterprise and directly influence our multi-year cybersecurity strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tool Deployment and Configuration: Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PQC readiness and crypto-inventory tools in a lab or pre-production environment.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Integration: Architect and implement the integration of scanning tools into our CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) to automate the analysis of source code and applications.
  • Proof of Concept (POC) Execution: Execute POC test plans by running scans against designated code repositories, applications, and network endpoints.
  • Scripting and Automation: Develop scripts and automation workflows to streamline the data collection process, manage tool configurations, and format results for analysis.
  • Data Extraction and Reporting: Extract and consolidate scan results, performance metrics, and other relevant data from the evaluated tools. Prepare technical reports and dashboards for the PQC SME and other stakeholders.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting tool-related issues, working with vendor support as needed to resolve them.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with development and operations teams to facilitate tool deployment and scanning activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, DevSecOps, or Software Engineering role.
  • Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools and pipeline development (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A foundational understanding of cryptographic concepts (e.g., what PKI, TLS, and digital signatures are).
  • Experience working with APIs to integrate different systems and extract data.
  • Experience in a role involving the technical evaluation or POC of new enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level IT environments, including networking and system administration basics
