AI Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Architect to lead the design, development and end-to-end software lifecycle management of cutting-edge Financial Services AI solutions. This role will be instrumental in driving innovation, leading the adoption of AI and shaping the future of our organization and the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Agentic Workflow and RAG - Architecture and Development:
  
  
  
  
  • Architect enterprise grade Agentic AI applications
  • Develop and refine agentic workflows to empower AI systems to autonomously complete tasks.
  • Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance the quality and relevance of AI-generated content.
  
  
• Model Tuning:
  
  
  • Design, develop, and refine complex AI models, including traditional machine learning and generative AI models.
  • Architect scalable and efficient AI systems, ensuring optimal performance and resource utilization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and technology.
  
  
• LLM Ops, LLM Evaluation and Testing:
  
  
  • Rigorously evaluate and test large language models (LLMs) to assess their capabilities and limitations.
  • Develop robust evaluation metrics and benchmarks.
  • Identify and address potential biases and limitations in LLMs.
  
  
• Performance Optimization and Scaling:
  
  
  • Optimize AI models and systems for performance, latency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement strategies to scale AI solutions to handle increasing data volumes and user demands.
  • Prioritize security, transparency, and privacy in AI development and deployment.
  
  
• Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  
  
  • Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI research, development, and deployment.
• Proven expertise in traditional machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) and deep learning techniques (e.g., convolutional neural networks, recurrent neural networks, transformers).
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), including architecture, training, and fine-tuning.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques, such as text generation, summarization, and sentiment analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for AI and a desire to push the boundaries of innovation.
