Position Snapshot:

Nestle Pizza located in Little Chute, WI. has immediate openings for entry level general laborers for production and bakery on our 3rd shift team!

  • 3rd shift starts between 4:35pm-6:25pm and works until 4:55am-6:45am.
  • Starting rate of pay $21.12per hour
  • 3rd Shift receives $1.50 per hour shift premium
  • 12 hour schedules-NO SWING SHIFTS
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package after 30 days of employment
  • Line assignment determines shift start and end time.

3rd shift core schedules are based off line assignment:

12 hour 2/2/3 rotation
3 Team Rotation

Position Summary:Production and bakery laborers are entry level positions capable of operating departmental equipment necessary in production, packaging, and bakeries, producing quality pizzas, housekeeping, and other duties as assigned. There is opportunity for advancement in the first 12 months for machine operator level positions both as main roles and back up roles.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Must be able to work in a team-based environment
  • Basic English communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts
  • Must be able to work in cold and hot environments
