RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Columbus, OH that is seeking an internal infrastructure support technician to cover campus technologies, help with walk-up IT issues, application support, and troubleshooting. They are looking for someone that is self-motivated, collaborative, has experience in supporting MacBook and Apple endpoints and helping end users troubleshoot applications.
Internal infrastructure team covers a variety of areas:
* Campus technologies (conference room tech, mac/apple technologies); Tthis is the majority of what they would be doing the first few months
* Help with walk up IT issues, campus technology related work
* 1st tier of helpdesk support
* Application support
* Troubleshooting
* Work in the space between applications
* Their ticketing system is an individual system, but they do collaborate amongst each other
* Results matter type of culture
REQUIREMENTS:
* Computer Science degree
* Proficient in documentation and process development
* Self motivated
* Take on new tasks
* Strong troubleshooting
* Collaborative
* Comfortable being themselves
* Ambitious
Experience with:
* Supporting Macbook/Apple endpoints; Apple store background, worked on a mac
* Helping end users troubleshoot applications
* Active directory
* O365 experience
* Application support
* User set up/administration
* Scripting (fresh college grad) with interest in end user support
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
