Experience and Skill Set Requirements:
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of information technology systems and infrastructure, with the ability to integrate IT solutions to address business needs.
- Understanding of data modelling principles and techniques, including entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs) and data flow diagrams.
- Experience in change management processes and practices, including strategies for overcoming resistance to change and driving adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Awareness of emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry like Cloud technologies, with the ability to assess their potential impact on business architecture and strategy.
- Experience in supporting business transformation initiatives by designing target operating models, defining transition states, and developing implementation roadmaps.
- Knowledge of architectural governance principles and practices, including ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Business Architect Experience
- Proficiency in frameworks such as the Zachman Framework, TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), or other relevant frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate, negotiate, and build consensus.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive decision-making processes.
Must Haves:
