York IT Solutions is hiring Project Manager in contract and remote capacity .
Role: PM - Tenant Separation Project
Duration: 2 months
$65.00-$80.00 an hr W2 (DOE)


Required Skills:

7+ years of project or program management experience, including complex operational or IT transformation projects.
Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and outcomes across multiple stakeholders and functional teams.
Experience working on tenant migrations, IT infrastructure projects, or organizational separations a strong plus.
Strong understanding of business operations in HR, Legal, Finance, and IT.
Excellent organizational, communication, and risk management skills.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
Able to start immediately and hit the ground running.


Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the tenant separation project end-to-end, working across all business units and technical teams.
Rapidly map out key dependencies, systems, processes, and business implications across departments.
Oversee migration of employees to new email addresses and ensure continuity across critical functions.
Partner with HR, Legal, and Finance teams to transition systems, policies, and data securely and compliantly.
Identify hardware or equipment needs and define go-forward procurement and operational processes.
Proactively identify, document, and manage risks related to the tenant separation.
Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, manage communications, and ensure accountability across workstreams.
Monitor progress and ensure milestones are met on time and within scope.
