Role : Software developer L2 Location: Marysville. OH

Type: W2

10+ years of work experience on ServiceNow, Database, Enterprise Level Service Platforms
7-10 years of work experience in the design and implementation of IT solutions
Advanced working knowledge with ServiceNow Platform Model
ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 foundation level certification preferred ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Preferred)
ITIL Certification (Preferred)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Desired)
Deep understanding of ServiceNow APIs especially GlideRecord
Application integrations experience using APIs, web services, scripts and transform maps such as REST and SOAP
Understanding of Authentication methods including SSO, LDAP, SAML
Complex Orchestration experience and an understanding of the underlying technologies
Strong automation skills in Workflow and Flow Designer
Proficient in ServiceNow ITSM knowledge - Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog management processes, ITBM Agile project management and Performance Analytics/ Dashboards
Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) related to common service level agreement (SLA) measurements
Experience with creating and maintaining scripted REST APIs with expertise in out-of-box APIs such as the Table API.
Proficient in Active Directory logical, hierarchical organization of directory services for ServiceNow integration
