Imagine transforming the way legal teams work—automating contracts, accelerating deal flow, and making legal operations faster, smarter, and more impactful. That’s exactly what you’ll do as a Solutions Consultant – AI Agents for Legal.

In this role, you’ll partner with enterprise customers to design, implement, and optimize AI agents that handle everything from legal intake to contract review and approvals. You’ll be the trusted advisor and solution architect, helping teams move faster, reduce bottlenecks, and enforce policies seamlessly.

What You’ll Own

  • Build Game-Changing Legal AI Agents: Design and configure AI agents that automate intake, review, and approval of contracts like NDAs, MSAs, and DPAs.
  • Lead Full Implementation: Own onboarding and deployment—scope requirements, set up workflows, and ensure success from day one.
  • Be a Strategic Partner: Advise legal, legal ops, and procurement teams on scaling impact through automation without sacrificing compliance.
  • Shape the Product: Share insights with product and engineering teams to make our AI agents smarter, more efficient, and more powerful.
  • Empower Teams: Train and enable legal teams to take full advantage of AI-driven automation.
  • Drive Real Impact: Work across customer success, sales, engineering, and legal leadership to deliver measurable results that matter.

You’re a Great Fit If

  • You have 4+ years implementing legal tools (SimpleLegal, IronClad, LinkSquares, etc.)
  • You deeply understand legal processes, contracting, and stakeholder dynamics in large organizations
  • You’re technically curious and love influencing how AI works
  • You communicate effortlessly with legal, procurement, and business teams
  • You thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with CLM tools, redlining workflows, or legal automation platforms
  • Technical background (CS, Engineering, Math) or strong technical fluency
  • No prior AI experience? No problem—we’ll train you to become a legal AI expert!
