Job Details

Title: Client Engagement Leader - Advanced Analytics
Location: Orlando, FL
Duration: 12+Months

Responsibilities:
Lead Advanced Analytics and Data services engagement for the media and hospitality client.
Play the role of a thought leader and Lead Solution Architect to define the next generation Analytic solutions for various marketing & optimizations
Own the client relationships specific to the engagement
Provide leadership and mentor junior consultants in the engagement team
Collaborate in creating partnerships models to further growth aspirations for Genpact
Providing thought leadership and evangelize offerings internally in Genpact and externally to clients
Liaising with client project stakeholders, project owners and Genpact teams for successful execution of various Advance Analytics and Data engineering projects
Single point of contact for all delivery related activities across a global account
Monitor and improve account-wide delivery execution, reporting, and communication standards
Provide ongoing mentoring and career management to team members to help develop domain knowledge, technical and project delivery skills, leadership skills, etc.

Must Have Skills:
10+ years experience of progressive experience in Consulting, Project management and Client engagement space
Having managed operations across onshore and offshore teams
Having worked as an onshore engagement manager role in similar companies with a onshore-offshore model
Ability to interact at the VP and Senior Manager levels in client organizations
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Strong communication and presentation skills

Desired Skills:
Bachelor's / Master s degree in computer science / or a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Math, Economics
Hands on experience on the following
Advanced Analytics R,SAS, Python with various modeling techniques
Digital marketing, Omni channel etc.
Data Visualization tools like QlikView, Tableau etc.
Hands on analytical skills to build tell your data driven stories to clients.
Experience in Project Management tools - Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello boards
Proposal and SOWs writing
Ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments while being able to shift priorities
