Technical Program Manager
Duration: 6+ months - Possible Extension
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $75-$85/hr on W2 (As per experience)
Job Description:
Top Skills:
- Very strong communicator and well organized.
- Familiar with corporate or high-scale consumer device software development process.
- Program Management experience.
- Experience having worked with android or existing VR technologies areas.
- Experience with censor and computer vision.
- Experience with interface with sensor (cameras, or any other hardware component from a software perspective).
- Experience in device software companies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Technical Program Management, or Hardware Engineering experience.
- Communicator who can translate high-level goals into tangible action plans, and vice-versa & expertise communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading technology investments across multiple products or product families from innovation to delivery.
- Demonstrated experience leading execution across highly ambiguous, complex products and programs, with experience making technical and product tradeoffs while balancing business needs and technical constraints.
- Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
- Experience in leading complex execution across multiple teams in different time zones, anticipating roadblocks and creating a path forward.
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
- B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
