Job Details

We are seeking an experienced AEM Lead to architect, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade Adobe Experience Manager solutions. The ideal candidate will lead development, integrate Adobe Target, Analytics, and other marketing tools, and ensure scalable, secure, high-performance digital experiences. Requirements include deep expertise in AEM architecture, Sling, OSGi, Java, REST APIs, and cloud deployment (AEM as a Cloud Service). Responsibilities include mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices in performance, security, and Monitoring skills and experience working with marketing teams on personalization are helpful.

Strong prior experience as a software developer and senior technical design resource on Frontend architecture and AEM.

4+ years of experience implementing Adobe AEM 6.4/6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service.

Design, develop and support AEM components, integrations and applications.

Experience delivering mission-critical systems in a mature agile organization including hands-on experience with eCommerce applications, conceptualizing, designing, building and deploying solutions.

Experience leading remote engineers.

Excellent technical problem-solving skills and aptitude for learning new technologies and methodologies.

Exceptional debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.

Crystal clear communicator in verbal and written form.

Experience with Full Stack AEM to include HTML, CSS, JavaScript React or Angular, NextJS and GraphQL.

Deep understanding of front-end architecture, MFE and software design patterns

Experienced in working with caching, message queues, SQL, and NoSQL databases
