Job Details

This is a remote position from the Bay area and/or on-site at as needed.

Part time- Up to 20 hours per week

3 + months extendible

Must Have

(1) Strong project management leadership;

(2) Experience coordinating compliance, privacy, risk, and IT teams;

(3) Executive-level communication and reporting skills.

The Project Manager will:
Serve as internal project manager and counterpart to the SAI360 Product Manager.
Coordinate and secure internal resources across OCRO, OCP, and related units.
Enforce timelines, milestones, and task ownership in the SAI360 implementation plan.
Expedite decision-making, escalate issues, and remove barriers to progress.
Ensure project execution aligns with client s compliance, risk, and privacy management goals.
Provide timely updates on risks, issues, and status to client's leadership.
Support and participate in regular project status meetings (weekly or biweekly).
Ensure accuracy and availability of all project artifacts in the SAI360 platform.
Deliver final project close-out summary.

Deliverables
Weekly/Biweekly Status Reports: Updates on progress, risks, issues, and budget tracking.
Issue/Risk Escalation Logs: Maintained and communicated to leadership.
Project Documentation: Meeting notes, decisions, and artifacts stored in SAI360.
Final Close-Out Report: Summary of accomplishments, outstanding tasks, and lessons learned.
Roles and Responsibilities Project Manager from Customer
Serves as primary liaison to SAI360 Product Manager.
Manages internal coordination, deadlines, and stakeholder communications.
SAI360
Provides a detailed, task-level implementation plan.
Maintains project schedule, dependencies, and status.
Facilitates project meetings and provides all project artifacts.

Assumptions & Constraints
OCP and OCRO will provide timely access to subject matter experts (SMEs) in compliance, privacy, IT, and risk management.
SAI360 will provide a current, detailed implementation plan and maintain project artifacts in their platform.
The Project Manager will not be responsible for vendor-side delays, but will coordinate mitigation as appropriate. Acceptance Criteria
SAI360 implementation tasks completed in line with approved project plan.
Internal resources coordinated to meet deadlines.
Timely communication of risks/issues to leadership.
