Job Details

Job Title: Graphic Designer I

Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Duration: 3 months (possible extension)
Start Date: 09/15 (flexible)
Pay Range: $30 to $39/hr W2
Schedule: 40 hours/week (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM; may require occasional late-night calls with global teams)
Remote: No (must live within 45 minutes of office)


Job Description:
Client is seeking a Visual Designer I to support the execution of creative campaigns for their global recruitment marketing initiatives. This role combines design fundamentals with technical skills to help deliver high-impact marketing assets while maintaining brand consistency across markets.
You are developing your expertise in production-focused design. You understand fundamental design principles and are eager to apply them in creating campaign assets. You're learning to balance creativity with efficiency, contributing to marketing initiatives that drive results. You are a collaborative team member who supports the execution and delivery of creative campaigns while growing your technical design capabilities.

Core responsibilities include:
Design Execution: Create on-brand visual assets for marketing campaigns under senior guidance
Template Usage: Apply established design systems and templates to campaign needs
Innovation Support: Help research and explore new design approaches and trends
Asset Management: Maintain organized files and follow documentation processes
Creative Collaboration: Support the creative team in campaign execution
Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet technical specifications and brand standards
Process Adherence: Follow established workflows and production processes

In-office 5 days a week. Office location in Seattle. Online portfolio of work is REQUIRED.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
2+ years of experience in brand design or related visual design role
Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and systematic thinking
Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
Understanding of typography, layout, and visual design principles

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting brand design initiatives
Understanding of design systems and scalable solutions
Understanding of user experience principles
Knowledge in motion and/or illustration
Ability to follow complex brand guidelines
Strong attention to detail and organization
Knowledge in creative innovation and emerging design trends
