About the Role:

The successful candidate will build relationships with business stakeholders, create a center of excellence focused on business functionality, and develop a multi-year roadmap that delivers both legal and cross functional initiatives aligned to CrowdStrike strategic programs.

What You'll Do:
  • As a part of the IT Team, support design of G&A Services future state vision, identification of IT Legal initiatives and development of legal application roadmap mainly focused on the CLM process area
  • Lead critical major cross-functional initiatives and projects for the CLM process area including architectural decisions, system implementations, operational improvements and new product rollouts
  • Partner with Business Stakeholders to document business requirements for process solutions using relevant business applications
  • Work closely with PMO, Legal and Procurement to define a company wide CLM strategy
  • Refine IT process management framework, perform process assessments and implement process improvements
  • Partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPI and support the delivery of KPI dashboards
  • Provide general CLM application support as required
  • Build and deliver training regarding optimal use of CLM tools and technology


What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 9+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Solid understanding of CLM processes
  • SaaS industry experience
  • Highly proactive and planful, with a proven track record of owning and delivering finance application projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with senior cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities
  • Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement


Bonus Points:
  • Deep knowledge of CLM applications
  • Prior system implementation experience in the CLM process area
  • Experience within a publicly traded multinational company, preferably high-growth company

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $135,000 - $225,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
