Description

We are looking for a skilled Dayforce Systems Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will provide technical expertise and support for Dayforce systems, ensuring seamless functionality and addressing user needs effectively. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to system optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support for Dayforce systems, resolving technical issues and enhancing system performance.
Configure and maintain Active Directory to ensure secure and efficient user access.
Collaborate with Dell Technologies and Cisco systems to maintain hardware and software compatibility.
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues to support business operations.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize functionality.
Conduct regular updates and patches for Dayforce systems to maintain security and reliability.
Develop documentation and training materials for users to maximize system utilization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards for system operations.

Requirements

Proven experience with Dayforce systems, including configuration and support.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory management and security.
Familiarity with Dell Technologies hardware and Cisco systems.
Solid background in application support and troubleshooting.
Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and provide user support.
Experience with system updates, patches, and documentation.
Knowledge of industry best practices and compliance standards.
