Job Details
Roles/Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the installation, administration, configuration and support
of applications.
2. Coordinate enhancement, modifications or upgrades with users,
developers, business
3. analysts, infrastructure teams, governance groups, and change
management teams with a
4. goal of aligning testing processes.
5. Produce documentation related to the provisioning, maintenance and
support of the system.
6. Initiate roll-back procedures and information related to validation
and components.
7. Provide training to new users and take the lead when troubleshooting
system problems.
Mandatory Skills:
1. 3+ years' experience implementing Records and Information Management
systems (RIM)
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for
RIM applications.
2. Experience with integrating RIM applications with other enterprise
systems.
3. Familiarity with system administration tasks, including system
configuration and
4. performance monitoring.
5. Applicant should have a general understanding and experience with
the following
6. components or similar technologies: Case Foundation (workflow),
Content Manager
7. (document repository), and Enterprise Records Foundation (retention
management).
