Job Details

Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Testing Lead
Location: Hybrid - Lynnfield, MA (Onsite 3 days)

Contract Duration - 6+ Months
Description:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all testing-related activities and communications.
  • Track, update, and report testing progress using Wrike and UiPath Test Suite.
  • Design, plan, and manage the execution of day-to-day testing across multiple initiatives, including: System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Manage testing environments, data provisioning, and version control across SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
  • Report on key testing metrics (KPIs), test coverage, risk areas, and milestone readiness.
  • Learn and adopt current test and defect management strategies with input from IT leadership and the PMO.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to testing processes; develop and document new workflows and train users accordingly.
  • Master the Wrike project management tool and UiPath Test Suite, becoming the go-to expert and support resource.
  • Provide user setup assistance, training, and ongoing support for Wrike and UiPath.
  • Coach project teams on Lean-Agile methodologies and encourage continuous improvement.
  • Participate in continued professional development in test management and business/technical areas relevant to our environment.
  • Travel as required to support testing efforts at various company locations (may include up to 50% travel during active phases, followed by no-travel periods).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sr. Project Manager or PMO Director.

  • Requirements:
  • 5 years in QA/testing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA testing, including EWM and Manufacturing module integration.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional testing efforts in multi-site implementations.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
