Must Have Hands-On Experience (Highlights):
- SAP S/4HANA administration (install, configure, upgrade, conversion, migration)
- SAP HANA administration (tuning, performance optimization, integration)
- OSDB migrations, Unicode conversions, DMO tools
- Transport Management System (TMS), background jobs, SSO, SSL
- Support packages, kernel upgrades, system refresh, client copies
- HADR setup and disaster recovery
- SQL scripting & performance tuning
- Linux OS administration in SAP environment
- Troubleshooting, RCA, OSS notes
Must-Have Skills (Technical + Functional):
Technical:
- SAP S/4HANA, HANA DB, FIORI, SOLMAN, SAP Router, SLT
- OSDB migration, Unicode conversion, DMO
- SQL scripting, stored procedures, performance tuning
- SAP TMS, Backup/Recovery, DR, High Availability
- SAP system monitoring, EarlyWatch configuration
- Linux OS admin, automation scripting
Functional:
- SAP landscape management
- Implementation, conversion & migration support
- RCA, issue resolution, documentation
- On-call rotation & production support

Client's Expectation (Short Summary):
Client needs a senior SAP Basis Admin (7+ yrs) with strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA/HANA administration, system migrations, OSDB conversions, performance tuning, TMS, backups/DR, automation, and full SAP landscape support. Must handle installs, upgrades, refreshes, transport management, and on-call production support for a 100% onsite role in San Jose.
