30-40 hours per week
PLEASE NOTE: This is a 10 month renewable contract and needs to meet Client full-time conversion policies. Those dependent on a work permit sponsor now or anytime in the future (ie H1B, OPT, CPT, etc) do not meet Client requirements for this opening.
Description: The position will be utilizing marked up Word documents to analyze changes from prior versions and template version to determine the changes needed to integrate the new version of dynamic forms within an audit "title" for approximately 20 titles. Candidates should be familiar with Word and Excel. Basic understanding of XML is recommended but not required. Must be able to quickly adapt to new systems. High-level attention to detail is a must. Needs ability to produce quality output under tight deadlines. Receive on-the-job training and direction from more experienced staff to ensure requisite learning is achieved and utilized to complete assignments. Business knowledge of auditing is a bonus.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree.
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
Familiarity with content management systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility, responsiveness to change, and a proactive attitude.
Able to adhere to production and process standards within a content team
