Job Description:
As a Lead AI Engineer, you will be part of the Wholesale Operations Technology (WOT) team within the TCOO Organization. In this role, you will develop and lead cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions using large language models, agentic frameworks, and other innovative technologies. You will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Your responsibilities will include:

Job Title: Lead AI Engineer

Job Description:
As a Lead AI Engineer, you will be part of the Wholesale Operations Technology (WOT) team within the TCOO Organization. In this role, you will develop and lead cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions using large language models, agentic frameworks, and other innovative technologies. You will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and analyzing multi-faceted, large-scale, or long-term Software Engineering challenges.
- Evaluating multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements.
- Contributing to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Strategically collaborating and consulting with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Software Engineering experience.
- 7+ years of experience in software development.
- 5+ years of experience with Java, Python, OpenShift containers, and other relevant technologies.
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering.
- 3+ years of experience with AI and ML concepts, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- 2+ years of experience with SDLC and Agile tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, Confluence.
