Senior Business Analyst

• The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting the design and implementation of the ONE ID 2.0 solution-a modern, SaaS-based identity and access management system.
• This role involves managing the product backlog, supporting solution evaluation, developing technical documentation, and facilitating stakeholder engagement.
• The analyst will work closely with the Team Lead to operationalize ONE ID 2.0 while managing the transition from the legacy system.

Requirement/Must Have:

• 7+ years of experience in requirements backlog management using Agile methodologies.
• 7+ years in requirements management.
• 7+ years in stakeholder management.
• 7+ years in business process modeling.
• 7+ years in system analysis.
• 7+ years in technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Should have:

• Experience conducting requirements gathering, documentation development, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with business analysis aligned to Project Candidateagement Methodology and Enterprise Architecture.
• High proficiency in JAD sessions, interviews, mock-ups, and business modelling.
• Experience in use case modelling, conceptual and logical data modelling, and process/data flow modelling.
• Strong experience in defining business rules and non-functional requirements.
• Skilled in project monitoring, problem solving, and performance measurement.
• Awareness of emerging I&IT trends and technologies.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and meet deadlines.

Skills:

• Knowledge of Identity and Authorization Candidateagement principles and practices.
• Proficiency in business functional/event modelling and business process mapping.
• Experience with structured, object-oriented, and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in requirements management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
