We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Permanent Quality Component Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment where you will be challenged and rewarded. You will be a key player in ensuring the quality of our components, using your skills to analyze risks, validate processes, and ensure compliance with standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Conducting risk analysis for new and existing products to identify potential quality issues.
2. Performing process validation to ensure that our manufacturing processes are capable of producing components that meet our stringent quality standards.
3. Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015, IPC standards, and other relevant industry standards.
4. Utilizing ERP and PLM systems to manage product data and drive quality improvements.
5. Working closely with the manufacturing team to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
6. Developing and implementing quality control procedures for electronic components.
7. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality considerations are integrated into product design and development processes.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing or product development environment, preferably involving electronic components.
3. Hands-on experience with FMEA, risk analysis, and process validation.
4. Knowledge of quality systems including ISO 9001:2015, IPC standards, and component qualification best practices.
5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in problem-solving methodologies.
